21D what can I can. I cannot say a bad word they have been amazing from my first telephone call. Very very good communication any time of day always giving advice and to answer any questions. The service is amazing very friendly. Very supportive and they come on the journey with you. The best thing I have ever done. I had my LPT fitted yesterday and cannot stop smiling love my teeth ( never ever did think I would ever think that) All I can say is Thank you guys for changing my life. On arrival at 21D Clinical Ltd I was feeling anxious, straight away the staff made feel welcome and I soon became relaxed. Everything was clearly explained to me regarding the FCA Full Clinical Assessment which included x-rays and different scans, the surgical procedure was fully explained I even got to pick the colour tone of my new teeth. Due to large amounts of bone loss in both upper and lower jaw, my scans etc would be discussed with the clinicians, surgeons and design team to assess if I could go ahead with the full mouth implants, this took around 21 days, I was contacted to return to discuss the results. Thankfully I could go ahead with the surgery, I was on cloud 9, so happy and relieved. The surgery took approximately 3 hours all the way through the care I received was outstanding and amazing by a very professional and caring team. I have recently had my LTP’s ( Long Term Prosthesis) fitted. WOW !! they look stunning and the confidence boost they have given me is life changing, I am so happy, the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend 21D Clinical Ltd, you could not ask for better. A massive thank you to all the Birchwood team X

Had full jaw implants. Very professional and totally satisfied with the outcome. From the initial visit to the last visit I was kept fully informed as to what is going to happen and when. Very nervous on the day of the surgery but the staff make you feel very comfortable and it wasn’t that bad. After surgery you are a little bit uncomfortable but it soon passes. The temporary teeth fitted are very nice and after a while feel very comfortable. Finals fitted today and they feel even better than the temporary ones. I am very pleased and cannot wait for a steak.

Been almost a year now since i had my LTP's fitted, i cannot fault 21D in the slightest, if anyone is in 2 minds whether to go for it, just do it. I have had no problems in the year and the guys from the initial consultation to the procedure are nothing but friendly and professional!
