MyNextDentist provides an online platform that connects patients with dental practices across the United Kingdom. Our services include:

We do not provide dental services directly. All dental care is provided by independent dental practices listed on our platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. Bookings and Appointments
When you book an appointment through MyNextDentist, you enter into a direct relationship with the dental practice. We facilitate the booking but are not a party to any agreement between you and the practice.
Cancellation policies are set by individual practices. Please review the practice's cancellation policy before booking.
5. Reviews and Content
Users may submit reviews of dental practices. By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content.
Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and comply with our content guidelines. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
6. For Dental Practices
Dental practices listing on MyNextDentist must hold valid registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and relevant professional bodies. Practices are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyNextDentist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality of dental services provided by practices on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyNextDentist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
