Getting listed is easy! Click 'List Your Practice' on our homepage and follow the step-by-step registration process. You'll need to provide basic practice information, verify your credentials, and set up your profile. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days.

To register, you'll need: Practice name and address, GDC registration numbers for all dentists, contact information, accepted insurance plans, office hours, and a brief description of services offered. You can add photos and additional details after registration.

We offer both free and premium listing options. The free listing includes your basic practice information and the ability to receive bookings. Premium plans include enhanced visibility, priority placement in search results, advanced analytics, and marketing tools. Visit our pricing page for details.

Our verification process typically takes 2-3 business days. We verify your GDC registration and practice credentials to ensure patient safety. You'll receive an email notification once your profile is approved and live on the platform.

Once verified, your practice profile goes live and patients can start finding and booking with you. We recommend completing your profile with photos, detailed services, and accurate availability to maximise your visibility and booking rate.

Yes! If you operate multiple locations, you can add each one as a separate listing under your main account. Each location can have its own hours, services, and team members. Go to Dashboard > Practices > Add Location to expand.

To improve visibility: Complete your profile 100%, add high-quality photos, encourage patient reviews, respond to reviews promptly, keep your availability calendar updated, and consider upgrading to a premium plan for priority placement in search results.

We cannot transfer reviews from other platforms as all MyNextDentist reviews must be from verified appointments. However, you can encourage your existing patients to book through MyNextDentist and leave reviews after their appointments.
