Can only highly recommend Dr Vana! My son needed some tricky restoration work and after schlepping him to appointments with dental surgeons in Harley Street and Hampstead we decided to go with Dr Vana at 321 Dental. She gave us by far the best, balanced advice. And then put in place a treatment which was well coordinated with the orthodontist. Treatment was excellent, as was the follow up when sthg went wrong. I can only highly recommend her - a big worry off my chest and a child with the cutest smile.

I had an appointment with Dr. Marina Belfer on Friday, 29 August. One cavity was treated, and it was done well. However, during the same appointment the doctor also diagnosed me with 8 additional cavities. Such a diagnosis is both very costly and very serious. The supposed cavities were not shown to me either in the mirror or on X-rays, and the doctor seemed in a hurry. When I asked how it could happen that within one year I went from 0 to 8 cavities, Dr. Marina reacted with irritation and said, “You are not listening to me. Where you were diagnosed before, they did not have such advanced X-rays.” To verify, I requested my X-ray from 321 Dental, and they provided it. I then went for second and third opinions at two different clinics: Nelson Dental Clinic and Serio Clinic in Kensal Rise. Both clinics also took their own X-rays in addition. Both dentists confirmed that I did not have 8 cavities, only one additional cavity, which was treated and no other treatment was necessary. I consider this situation extremely serious. The treatment plan I was offered would have cost me more than £2000 out of pocket, and even worse — I might have had 7 healthy teeth unnecessarily drilled and filled. As a side note, when reading reviews of Dr. Marina here, I noticed one review that despite its 5-star rating, also mentioned that she had “found problems other doctors had missed.” I am leaving this review not to be confrontational, but to draw the clinic’s and potential patients’ attention to my experience. ps. I chose a Russian-speaking clinic because I usually feel more comfortable with doctors who share my language. That is why it feels especially disappointing to have felt misled by people I trusted more than others.

Dr Marina saw problems that several doctors could not see before! And she quickly cured everything that was bothering my child (Dr Marina Belfer gave my child 4 fillings and 2 crowns). Very bad experience. Dr Leo did a terrible job on my jaw Botox for grinding and also shaved down my molar too much which resulted in me having a permanent crossbite which I have spent over 10k trying to fix
