I used to be so scared to go to the dentists , until I went to Jessica at Ryton dentist, they are all very professional from the reception to the dentists and the nurses . As previous customer I have also come to this practice for 60 years Mr Stobbs and Mr Friar before. All your customers knew this would happen. All about money. Very annoyed after working from the age of 15.5 now 62 and still paying full stamp. Have respect for your customers who stayed loyal after Mr Stobbs and keep those on NHS on NHS prices and don't disrespect us. I was told to go on NHS waiting list for Paul, but learnt he is also going private and I would be at the bottom of the list anyway. After 60 years you should feel ashamed at your lack of customer service and putting money first.

Been going to this dentist for nearly 40 years and now I'm told that the dentist I see is going private and I can't be seen by one of the others in the practice. My only options are going private,an extra expense I really could do without or trying to find another NHS dentist,and we all know how difficult that is. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement.
