Uncomfortable and difficult - and that’s without any dental work taking place. I was unable to book online - tried a few times but there’s a technical issue. I emailed instead and was called back to confirm the appointment. That part was fine. It’s my second visit to this clinic. I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen - no one apologised for the wait. I had to fill in a paper form on my medical history (despite being an existing patient). When I was seen by the dentist, the room was far too hot, the dental nurse didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The dentist had very bad smelling breath and kept getting my hair caught as she moved around behind me. I was not given any glassware for the initial checkup part so had to keep my eyes closed for all of that. I was offered a cleaning and we were going to go ahead with that at which point I was offered glasses for the lights. However, when I mentioned the reason for my visit (which I had done upon entering the room), we decided it was a better idea to come back another day and deal with that issue first as the cleaning would have to be done again… had I not brought it up, I could have been having to have two cleanings in the space of a week which would have been a waste of both our time and my money. Other things - an employee was sat in the reception talking on their phone then going back behind the desk. The floor is filthy. The walls are all scratched and paint has come off. The receptionist asked me twice to sit down while I waited for the dental nurse to come out so I can pay for my appointment… If I wanted to sit, I would have. I just wanted to get out of there - nothing about the place makes you feel at ease. Pretty awful for a private dental clinic. Finding myself another dentist now.

Almost a year ago I went to cure two caverties and I still have a lot of pain. It was to get them to solve the problem, they did something to me but I'm still the same. file a complaint with the administration and they wont answer me, I won't go back there unless I get my money back. I have to live with this problem using only one half of my mouth, I feel scammed
