Disgusting treatment by the dentist here. Was told I was having my back teeth filled in, only to go to the next appointment and have her tell me I was having my front teeth filled and “it’s your own fault for not reading the letter” despite the letter not stating which teeth I was having filled. I was spoken down to and made to feel incredibly uncomfortable.

I needed fillings on my few teeth. I was told it will take more visits because she will need to do root canal work on each tooth. She wanted to do root canals on my healthy teeth. That is disgusting! It was in 2022 autumn.

Went here for a simple tooth filling and they said the tooth was cracked in half and needed removing so I opted to listen to the advice. They struggled to remove the tooth which baffled me as if it was cracked wouldn’t it be easy instead when they finally got it out I saw the tooth was completely healthy just needed a filling no cracks only the ones they made at the root of the tooth. Since then I’ve had gum infection after infection I’ve had to change dentist as nothing was getting sorted bits of broken roots in my gums was left after weeks and months since the removal my tooth next to it has been in severe pain getting worse and worse. I would highly recommend avoiding as it seems the dentist are lying about the required treatment as they said they gave me a clean and polish also but never did. I’m thankful I don’t pay for treatment due to disability but I’d be even more angry if this came out my own pocket. You only get one set of teeth and butchers like these ruin them for money

Hello friends, do not go to this dentist under any circumstances. Last year, two of my teeth hurt. I went to this dentist. One of my teeth was in severe pain and broken and the other one just had a small hole that needed to be filled. They made an appointment for me. When I went for treatment, I and one of my friends who was with me were guided to a room to extract the damaged tooth, which unfortunately left me under the care of two ladies who were obviously fresh and had no experience in this field. And they put me on the chair to pull one of my teeth and fill that one But unfortunately, firstly, there is no suction device to drain the water and blood that fills the mouth during extraction, then instead of extracting the broken tooth, they take out the healthy tooth that needed to be repaired. I was choking when the toothpick fell into my throat, the lady was very scared, if I didn't pull the tooth out of my throat myself, the lady wouldn't be able to do anything out of fear. I have such a bad memory of this dentist that every time I soothe the pain with cloves or garlic, I still have the pain of that broken tooth. Now, whenever I remember why my healthy teeth are pulled out without any reason, I am completely affected and upset. At that time I had no answers, no experience, I had just arrived in Britain with a lot of trouble, risk and discomfort. Unfortunately, in this dentistry, they used me instead of a laboratory rat and damaged a sensitive part of my body Teeth are the showcase of the beauty of every human being. This dentist is ready to endanger people's health for their own interests and to get free money from the NHS. I will never forgive them for this mistake. Hate the dentist, took a chance here. What a service! Dentist Miru and her brilliant assistant really went above & beyond to help my nerves. Explained everything. Put music on to help me. Stopped working when I got too nervous. Now I have a new filling and sparkling teeth.Ty both for restoring some faith in dentists
