Customer service is not dead! Encouraging, gentle, knowledgeable, does what you ask not just what she wants. Fabulous consultative process qll the way through! Cares about the results as much as you do! Dr Sefa Ahiaku is the most fabulous, client centric dentist I've ever met. She worked out a plan to suit my needs and budget including some ammendments to timelines. The trial smile appointment is fabulous and she is so right that when you feel your teeth don't look right at first it's because different feels wrong not because they are. 2 months later I'm still over the moon and feel confident about my middle front tooth for the first time in 8 years (plus I can eat with it again!!!) Colour matching and if it's not right it's not finished can do attitude! Love the lab they use also and Sefas dental nurse when she practices in Morton! Also made sure I managed imprints and didn't throw up (that's MASSIVE) and made my original teeth look there best and fixed teeth look natural not OTT with strength again!

Had my first consultation today with Dr Ahiaku, what a lovely calming and well spoken Lady, making me feel at ease straight away. I was so impressed at the way Dr Ahiaku took a personal interest in getting to knowing who I am and my daily life routine. We spoke in depth about how I felt about my teeth and what I would like to achieve and was so pleased with the plan and ideas that was put forward to me. Dr Ahiaku is exceedingly friendly, welcoming and professional. She remembered what kind of music I liked and queued up a playlist on her Alexa the next time she saw me. I saw her quite a few times as I was getting a new crown fitted. She even managed to make a root canal surprisingly pain free. The new crown (a front tooth) is impossible to tell from the real twin. I would highly recommend.
