Thanks to Dan and his team I am delighted with my implanted premolar tooth fitted last week. I could not be happier with the results or the process. My implant was a quite complex case as I lost an excessive amount of bone and the treatment was handled with the utmost skill professionalism and Dan was absolutely exceptional! Without doubt the best dental experience I have ever had. The friendly staff and modern practice added to the positive experience. I felt confident in the expertise of my dentist, Giovanni, from the thorough examination to the detailed treatment plan. Giovanni took the time to talk me through each step of the plan which helped to keep me calm and relaxed throughout. I am really pleased with the final outcome and my only regret is that I wish I had made the switch from my NHS practice sooner. All the staff are fabulous, from both Jackie’s who look after us on reception to the lovely dental nurses who are so friendly and kind. Last but not least is Dentist/Orthodontist Isa, who is outstanding and without a doubt, a master of her craft. My treatment was wonderful as always.... but...this was not the Sleep Lane Smiles I am used to. No smiles, just stressed looking staff. Even the lovely, chatty, friendly Jackie wasn't able to smile. What has happened? Staff coming into the waiting room didn't smile (except Alyson) Your picture on the front of your website shows many happy staff who are no longer with you. Things have been changing for a while. Maybe some staff bonding fun times? A bit of shared enjoyment?. Training? I've been with you for over 40 years, looking forward to see you smiling again. The worst customer experience ever! This place has gone downhill. The practice does something wrong and won't admit to their failings. If you have any work done here, ensure you get in writing that they will cover the costs if anything goes wrong as a result of the procedure.
