I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. My last four appointments have all been either cancelled or rescheduled—often at short notice with what feels like poor organisation and lack of professionalism. The most recent appointment was cancelled without any notice at all, leaving me completely unprepared and very frustrated. This level of unreliability is unacceptable for a healthcare service.

I cannot thank dentist Moby and his team enough! I have been in severe pain for over 8 months with a molar filling that was touching a nerve. I have been to several different dentist practices who haven’t been able to help me because they said the tooth needed to be seen by a specialist in hospital as it had complicated roots. I was then recommended that I speak to Moby to see if he could help me. The receptionist managed to get me an appointment next day which I was really grateful for. I went to my appointment but didn’t really expect much to happen after the previous experiences I have had elsewhere. Moby confirmed the issue and said that it wouldn’t be a problem for him to save the tooth with root canal or to extract the tooth. Both options were clearly explained and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. I decided to have the tooth extracted due to the pain I had been in. I was so anxious about the procedure but the team put my nerves at ease and the tooth was taken out in seconds. I was then given an aftercare pack with clear instructions and as I was walking out, I felt faint. The lovely receptionist and Moby sat me back down and got me a glucose drink. The surgery was closed at this point but they both stayed back to make sure I was okay and told me that they weren’t in a rush. A week on, my toothache has gone and the extraction site is healing well. I am going to return for a mouth guard to be made shortly and plan to travel from Wolverhampton for regular check ups. Thank you so much, I am so grateful. I can gladly recommend this practice and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Recently my son had a cavity and needed a filling. Dr. Mobi is very good with children putting my son at ease and explaining things in a child friendly manner, also addressing dental hygiene. Brilliant if your children are rather scared or hesitant to visit the dentist!
