I went with an absess on the 26th of OCTOBER. The dentist snapped my crown off and tried to remove tooth. Snapped it and failed. Then Referred me. 25th NOVEMBER i receive a call to tell me the dentist didn't complete my referral. Can I come in NEXT tues so another dentist can see me and they can start the referral. OVER 5 weeks from my tooth being snapped out. I can't blame the receptionist. But the full process has been a continuous nightmare.

Been for a filling in my tooth through emergancy dentist. Lady at reception was realy nice. Im a bit worried about the tooth as it feels a rough and very sensative. I feel my tooth has maybe be like filed down to much and then refilled.. dreading this filling falling out and been left with half a tooth..

Had an emergency appointment there recently and I can’t thank the staff enough. Everyone was really friendly, and the whole procedure took less than half an hour. Highly recommend this place.

Got referred for an emergency through NHS 111 as I had an abscess. Got into the surgery and the receptionist was lovely but the dentist didn’t even look at me properly. He asked what was wrong, looked in my mouth for not even 5 seconds and said it was a wisdom tooth. I had mentioned that i believed it was a cracked tooth as it was causing severe pain but I don’t think he heard me. He gave me a prescription, told me to ring 111 again if after the prescription it doesn’t get better and I was on my way. I paid almost £30 to be in the chair for not even 2 minutes and wasn’t looked at properly and I don’t think that’s okay as it’s considered a lot of money to some people like me. To then also have to pay more for a prescription. I would like to say it’s because it’s a Sunday and they want to be at home but that’s not helping the pain I’m in or the money I’ve just wasted.

Had an emergency appointment here after I slipped on my stag do and broke 3 teeth. The dentist fixed two to look like new and left the third one as it was too sensitive. The receptionist and dentist were extremely and attentive, best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!
