She was very thorough, very gentle and very informative. Hoping she stays at this practise for years to come and I will always request her for my checkup and dental work.

Arrived as a very nervous patient, I had three visits and found my confidence with dentists again. All the staff throughout the whole system had time and patience, I will be going back and this time it won't be so long.

This is quite literally the worst dentist to exist! They give school kids an appointment during school hours and then ‘de-register’ them when they have to cancel or reschedule. The people working in reception are not helpful at all. Actually spiteful and not empathetic. Upon registering, you should tell people the terms and conditions so they know what to expect. Frustrated and annoyed at the lack of information from this practice. Do better.

For a start my dentist who is Dr manjula pita told me I wasn't brushing properly just cause of one tooth having plaque on it and the fact I was at school before and when I first came she told me that the tooth the needed to come out was an adult tooth when it was a baby one so she clearly doesn't know what she's doing and she told me mum she wasn't brushing properly aswell because she had an infected tooth which wasn't true because she hasn't been feeling any pain on it and lastly after I had my tooth removed she told me to go and get a instruction manual on what to do next like why can't you just tell me

When spoken with the Practice Manager, she called me a RACIST because I tried to refer to a particular dentist (who argued with me) in their practice and didn't know where is he from. Phoned after 1-2 months, receptionist said that I can book an appointment on 25/06/24 (Tue) at 9.30am to make a crown for my tooth. Then asked about another tooth (missing, needs denture), they said it is not covered on my treatment plan for band 3 (£319.10), and I have to book a check up appointment in 3 months time. I said okay, I just want to continue with the crown 25/06/24. Receptionist said no, the dentist told her to book me in 3 months... I have asked why? I want to continue with the date receptionist offered me 25/6/24. She said no, the dentist changed his mind. And hanged up. This practice has a power trip, especially the dentist probably from South East Asia, he knows that it is hard to find and appointment, and if patients ask questions - he doesn't like it. So, they lie on a phone, and change their mind in 2 minutes... Don't go to them if you have questions.They will throw you out from their practice, they use their power, because they know patients need them, and not the opposite way round. P.S. Tried to call them back asking for 25/6/24 appointment they offered, and it is impossible to get in touch with them (the phone call hanged up itself, possibly they block numbers).
