The frequency of contact from this practice after a single booking is excessive and borders on harassment. It's overwhelming and off-putting, and to be honest it deters rather than attracts customers. I will not be returning.

Wonderful Dental practice. I have used a couple of other practices before this one but I’m really happy here. It’s very easy to get an appointment at your convenience and short notice also. Dr Ansari and team are lovely, very attentive, reassuring and professional. Explaining everything thoroughly. The practice plan is very reasonably priced. *Update* one year on. I can highly recommend this dental practice. The whole team are absolutely incredible. So friendly and helpful, making you feel completely comfortable and at your ease. They always send lots of message reminders for you practice plan check ups and even call you so you don’t forget. Really love everything about this practice. It’s a first class service. I’m really impressed.

From being scared of the dentist - to an emergency appointment with the dentist Rashid - to now having upper crowns fitted . I cannot recommend Rashid at Rosehill enough. If you have any anxiety about the dentist or just want great service to look after your teeth then go here.

I’ve had both my children’s check up appointment cancelled the day before after receiving TWO separate text message reminders about the appointments. I was told that they were cancelled due to “renovation work” being carried out. I was happy to have a different appointment time but was then only offered appointments next APRIL 2025 onwards which will be a YEAR from last being seen. And I’ve had this appointment booked for 6 months! I’m disgusted that when I had a call back from someone else to resolve this they again wouldn’t facilitate another appointment sooner for them both. And then had the phone PUT DOWN with no other appointment booked in.

My daughter has used this dentist for years and they have always been great... up until this year. Used to recieve 6 monthly reminders for check ups, didn't hear anything this year so called in May and asked to book her in for appointment, the man on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude and laughed down the phone when I asked to book her in, he said no appointments until January 2025. I asked what has changed at the practice as this seemed like a crazy wait for a routine check up, I understand that the NHS is tightly stretched as I work in the NHS myself. After 3.5 years on the waiting list for an orthodontist my daughter finally got an appointment for a brace fitting, in 8 weeks time. I got a signed letter from the orthodontist asking our dentist to remove an extra tooth and approached them in person to show the letter/ x ray and ask for an appointment to remove this tooth, as we have waited so long for this brace fitting. The man behind the desk spent 20 minutes taking a copy of the letter before giving it me back and saying "We will be in touch" I asked if there were any appointments for her and he said "hmm we will have to see, I will call you if we have anything". I explained the importance of this and that we only have 8 weeks until the brace fitting, I asked if they would be in touch before this and he replied "Maybe". Over 2 weeks have passed and I have received no phone call! I have now registered my daughter at another local dentist who have booked her in for an extraction without a week. *** Avoid at all costs - incredibly rude man on reception, guessing they are only interested in private patients, but still no need to be so rude!!! ***
