10/10 Numita is the best Dentist i’ve ever gone to. Extremely professional but also cares deeply about her patients. Really cannot speak more highly. Thanks for everything.

I visited this dental practice in January 2025, for an emergency dental appointment due to pain in my teeth. The initial consultation was fine and the pain resolved itself with time. However, following this I went in for a routine check-up where I was informed that 3 of my teeth required fillings - this was a very large cost and so I have since had a second opinion from 2 different dentists who have both said that none of my teeth require fillings and have reviewed the x-rays that were taken and confirmed that nothing on the X ray is cause for concern. I would advise steering clear of this dentist if you don't want to get charged for lots of fillings you don't need! Additionally, the whole process resulted in having to attend multiple dentist appointments and spend lots of money on check-ups to confirm my teeth didn't require any fillings.

A huge thank you to Dr Numita, Georgia and the staff at Leather Lane. I visited in for a potential root canal and they were attentive, detail-oriented and supportive throughout the whole process - I couldn't recommend them more!

Really friendly people and attention to detail. Love how they discuss openly the realities of costings and teeth/what they are doing. Feels very much like clinics back home, open and honest! Have passed this clinic onto wider friends to ensure it is supported.

Dr Numita Miah and Georgia were very thorough, considerate, and informative. Overall, they made me feel very comfortable despite my usual fears of visiting dentists!

5 stars for the great team that Dr Numita Miah and Georgia are ! 2nd time I’m going to the practice and it definitely convinced me to give a review. I had been avoiding dentists for a while and finally decided to go for a check-up. I honestly chose this practice given it was close to work and they were offering a free initial visit for new patients. I met there a genuinely kind duo who takes time to explain what they are doing, smiley, gentle and perfectionist. Thank you very much again! (And cherry on top… a great playlist while they are taking care of you!) Would recommend 100 times !

For anyone who does not fancy paying to be patronised, this practice may not be for you. The hygienist does the work, but the whole experience is too patronising. Another person’s comment about her having a chip on her shoulder is an accurate depiction. I came out super stressful as if I’ve just seen the headmistress in her office. TL;DR (1) I submitted my pre-appointment form a few days ago, and was only 2 mins late for my appointment, but she started rushing, claiming because I was late and had’t filled up the form. I said I did and I could later see my form on her screen, and she never apologised for not first checking on her part. From there, I could sense that she was simply trying to rush through the session. (2) After the scaling, her exact words were “I’m not happy with the condition of your gum.” There is definitely a more professional way to put this, instead of using such a patronising tone? (3) During scaling she commented that she noticed something on my teeth but she couldn’t tell what is that since it’s just her first time seeing me. She asked if I used any whitening products and said it’s bad to use one. I’ve never used one, but couldn’t answer to her question as there were tools in my mouth. However, later at the advising session, there is no follow up nor tailored advice on that. It’s rather perplexing because if you couldn’t care to ask or follow up, no matter how many times you have seen the patient, how can you ever figure out what that is or how to properly advise the patient? It just seems to me that she’s simply not interested at tailoring her advice. (4) When she was advising on how to clean my teeth correctly, she also used a less commonly seen toothbrush, to which I commented saying never seen that in places like Boots or Superdrug. Instead of telling me where to get it, she simply replied in a patronising tone saying “we’ve been using this for the past 50 years; I’m not sure why you have never seen this.” FOLLOW UP: Seems like they have removed some critical comments I used to see here.
