Great service! I see Dr. Nafeesa for my appointments, and every visit has been consistently professional. I recently had a filling done, and both dr nafeesa and the assistant were patient and attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this dentist.

Been travelled 27 miles today for hygienist appointment, my gums were really bad, DT Nafeesa puswal and her assistant were so kind, gentle ladies i never seen before in dentistry they explained me so well offered me glass of water as i was freaking nervous did my cleaning very gently i couldn't even ask more i was holding hand of assistant during this whole process😅 she was absolutely okay with that highly recommended this place especially DT nafeesa puswal and her assistant ♥️

Had been sent today through 111, the guy was amazing, the tooth needed to come out but with some explaing and understanding as to why with being such a big infection that needs to be dealt with before extraction. Once infection is undercontrol we can then move on to next step. I have been in many dentist hate to admit that but I have and the way he explained in detail about teeth, waiting list and what is the best option for the patent but as well as quickest was in great depth 👌 thanks to both of you for your time today

I went in for a tooth extraction to this cowboy so called dentist and the male dentist who works there is a disgrace and needs striking off he did absolutely nothing to help me and he was very patronising and rude from start to finish like he didn't want to be at work very disrespectful in the way he spoke to me he fobbed me off I will not be going there ever again and I advice anyone else needing a dentist to stear clear of this joke of a firm the place needs shutting down and the dentist needs sacking disgraceful

Regarding Unprofessional Staff Conduct and Poor Dental Treatment Experience Dear [Clinic Dalton Dental Care Rotherham / Management], I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional behavior and poor treatment I experienced during my recent visit to your dental clinic. On [insert date if you remember], I visited your clinic for dental treatment. During my appointment, the nurse was highly inattentive and appeared more focused on her mobile phone and personal messages rather than assisting the doctor properly. The doctor repeatedly asked her to hand over certain tools and items, but she was not responding professionally or promptly. This unprofessional behavior not only caused delays but also added to my discomfort and pain during the procedure. I was already in severe pain, and the lack of proper assistance and care made the experience very distressing. The staff member (the nurse, possibly named A or something similar) demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, which reflects poorly on the clinic’s reputation and patient care standards. I kindly request that you take immediate action to review the conduct of your staff and ensure that only trained and professional individuals are employed to handle patients. Please address this issue seriously, as I am considering leaving a formal review about my negative experience if this matter is not resolved appropriately. Thank you for your attention. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve your service quality.

Called up on 16th October with and brocken tooth and got a appointment for the same day and I went for the appointment and the gentleman looked extra and removed the tooth and in no pain now and bin for a check up today everything good and grate serves amagerncy appointment 😀 😊 😄
