Following a bad experience years ago I dread going to the dentist. I've had a filling today and it was probably the best experience I've ever had . The 3 ladies were exceptional and I felt really supported . Just like to say thank you for your kindness .

My son chipped my front tooth the week before our wedding. I messaged Bank House and was greeted with such friendly, helpful and assuring people. They arranged an appointment for the following day. On the day of my appointment I arrived at the beautifully renovated building and greeted by the wonderful staff. The dentist I saw was incredibly helpful and within 15 minutes of sitting in his chair my tooth was fixed and looked better than ever. I even sorted out a new retainer whilst I was there. I can’t recommend Bank House Dental enough, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and just lovely and the service provided was amazing. And I’ll be forever grateful for smile in my wedding photos

I just want to really praise this practice. This is my second review. I suffer with major anxiety, & I just cannot fault the care & compassion of Sally , the dental therapist & her assistant enough. So considerate regarding my anxiety. I had a thorough deep clean which has made my teeth look so much better & brighter. Next time I come, my anxiety will be halved! Also, brilliant dentist Pav, & very friendly, lovely reception staff. Basically, I just cannot fault this practice. Well done to all of you!

I went to the new building yesterday for the first time, I was so nervous, l was welcomed by the lovely reception ladies, then l went into see Gaurav & Jackie they were very calming and explained everything they were doing, l knew my teeth needed some treatment so we agreed on the plan and I'm going back in a couple of weeks and I'm actually looking forward to seeing them all again. Thank you everyone x I went back for my treatment yesterday really nervous as l was having teeth out, as the last time Gaurav & Jackie explained everything they were doing at every step. They were so kind & caring towards me. Thank you all for looking after me.

Been to wolstanton dentist for 10 years maybe more! Took my son to his appointment and was told it was at the new place across the road. The girl who called me the day before mentioned something about my son’s appointment, but I must have missed the part about it being here. Anyway, not a big deal going over the road. My son was alittle bit nervous changing over the road (so was I!) but I need not have been. We recognised the ladies on reception, they booked us in and we sat waiting for no more than 5 minutes until we were called in. The practice is beautiful, it’s great to see local businesses investing in wolstanton- I’ve lived here my whole life and I’m proud to have been, but I’ve always thought pockets of towns like Wolstanton got left behind with investments. My son had a great appointment, very thorough and prompt service at reception. Saw dr pav he used to be my dentist before he went private, wish I had the money to see him, but I know if I really had problems id find the money- for now I’m happy seeing the other dentists who do a good job anyway. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust give them a call

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Both Pav and Vipul are exceptional dentists and make you feel comfortable and at ease. It was a long process, having my implant, but, I was very well informed at every stage. Vipul was very gentle and took every care, to make sure that all procedures were pain free. The end result....my tooth looks amazing, it's so natural and matches my other teeth. I would highly recommend this practice.
