Receptionist had issues with an elderly patient when entered the surgery which caused a queue but she seemed to handle it very well. Got a really helpful text before going about road works in the area so got there early and for first time ever was seen before appointment time. Dentist is growing on me and gave what felt like a thorough examination. After finishing gave some good advice as to how I can help improve the condition of my teeth. The advice given last time must have helped as they were much better than last time

Called this morning as my child had bad toothache, I was worried as he doesn’t normally do well in clinical settings as his autistic the staff made sure the dentist was aware before we attended and the dental team were fantastic they spoke to my child making him aware what they were going to do and let him communicate in his way if he had had enough. I can not fault the service we have received today.
