One of my teeth broke, late on a Thursday night . It was really painful and very sharp. I was delivering a eulogy on Monday and was really worried I wouldn't be able to get the tooth fixed in time. I called the surgery first thing in the morning, the receptionist I spoke to was very reassuring and made me an emergency appointment for that morning. I hadn't met the dentist who saw me, but she instantly put me at ease and said she'd just read my notes and seen the treatment I had recently had at the surgery - an implant. She had a look at the tooth and then explained what could be done and gave me two options and talked me through both. Once the work began, she explained what she was doing and it was painless once the area had been numbered. Afterwards she walked me down to reception and said if I had any problems at all, to come back. Altogether, a very good experience. Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist, but Dental Beauty Dulwich make it as good as it can be and are very reassuring.

I had a great experience with Dr. Chiara and her nurse Sonay! They were both very professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease during my appointment. The filling was done smoothly and pain-free, and they also took the time to explain my dental plan clearly. I really appreciated their care and attention — highly recommend these two!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The dentist Alana took great care in asking me questions about my dental history and was extremely good at every stage of the appointment, explaining what was going to happen and explaining the results of the xray and the treatment program as well as asking me if I had any questions. Alana’s gentle and kind approach made me feel very at ease and confident about the treatment and it was an excellent visit to the dentist which I had been dreading. So thank you to the reception staff and a special thank you to Alana.
