I had an amazing experience at Ruh Dental Manchester! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was spotless, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere that helped calm any nerves I had about being at the dentist. I honestly can’t thank Ruh Dental Manchester enough for everything they’ve done for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, listened to, and completely at ease. The team was so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Bilal Arshad truly took the time to understand what I wanted for my smile. Dr. Bilal Arshad was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I really appreciated how patient they were and how they checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and exam. The hygienist was also fantastic thorough but gentle and gave me some helpful tips for improving my oral care routine. I came in for a cleaning, check-up, and treatment to improve my teeth, but I walked out with so much more a smile that I absolutely love and a boost of confidence I didn’t realise I was missing. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or anxious. They treated me like family, and that meant so much. Now, when I look in the mirror, I can’t help but smile. It’s such an amazing feeling to finally be proud of my teeth. I’m beyond happy with the results and so grateful for the care, patience, and kindness I received. Have had a great experience with Ruh Dental from having Invisalign done to getting composite bonding. The comms are great and being able to reach out to Amy directly makes everything way more convenient. From changing appointment times to getting any updates, it can get done right away. I had a few struggles with the Invisalign initially and it would have been good if I did get further info on any negatives associated with Invisalign, but when I did mention my concerns, I was reassured by the dentist and assistant and was helped through it. The overall experience is made comfortable (which is definitely needed during a visit to the dentist) and just talking to the dentist (Billal) and assistant is easy. The staff make it very easy to get on with them.

I started my Journey with Ruh Dental about 16 months ago after a chip on my front teeth was repaired very badly at another dentist. I literally couldn’t chew my food properly because the repair had completely changed my bite. I spent hours and hours researching cosmetic dentists and looking at their work, I was very nervous about having composite bonding done in the fear they might look ‘fake’. I came across Ruh dental on instagram and was instantly drawn to Dr. Billals work. Every smile was different but perfect and it was clear that he had a keen eye for detail. After a consultation will Dr. Billal, I trusted his vision. I decided to have the full lot done. This included, Invisalign, replacing my dark fillings for white, full composite bonding on the upper teeth and I also had a wisdom tooth extracted. I’m an extremely nervous patient but the team are so lovely and professional they put me at complete ease. My family were so impressed with the experience and the results that I had at Ruh, they booked in for correction work too! A massive shout out to Amy for co-ordinating my journey and forever being on WhatsApp to answer my 3000 questions, Ellie for being such a calming nurse, and Dr Billal for giving me a smile that I’m beyond happy with! If you’re looking for a cosmetic dentist, I honestly wouldn’t waste your time looking anywhere else! They are the BEST!
