I have been to Dynasty dental on two occasions, my first appointment was a general check up where I had mentioned I felt like I had some inflammation in my mouth and possibly tonsillitis. The dentist didn’t mention anything on this matter, but the next day I ended up at the emergency dentist for another check up where I was diagnosed with Pericoronitis and given antibiotics which I had to pay more money for. This made me reluctant to go back to Dynasty dental for a while. After a few months I enquired about two fillings that were recommended which I had done last week, I was in no pain before my appointment but for the last few days and especially last night I have been in excruciating pain and haven’t been able to sleep. I rang the dentist this morning explaining my situation who then said they would have to charge me an emergency appointment to take another look at my tooth, bare in mind I only had work carried out a few days ago. I was surprised to be told I was being charged again and feel like I was being taken advantage of because of the pain I’m in and how desperate I am to have it resolved. Unfortunately I am still in pain and will have to find another dentist that prioritizes my health over their wealth.

Really happy with how my checkup went, everything was super smooth from start to finish. My teeth feel so clean and polished now, like a proper refresh! I also had impressions taken for a teeth whitening treatment, which was explained clearly and didn’t take long at all. The price for the whitening was surprisingly competitive compared to other places I’ve looked into. Everyone on the team was genuinely friendly and made me feel at ease the whole time. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for professional care without any stress.
