Lost a milk tooth as an adult—yes, sad but true! 🤭 I got an appointment at City Dentist Leeds within a day where I was treated by Dr Hassan (“The Magic Dentist” 💫), his assistant Salma, and the team. They were absolutely brilliant. 💫 Dr Hassan and Salma even staying an extra hour to provide the care I needed, all whilst ensuring that they didn't compromise on the correct procedures and protocols. They did not miss a thing! Dr Hassan fast-tracked a replacement for me, which I’ll receive in 3 working days, fixing my smile 😊. All dentists and specialists are technically brilliant, trained in advanced dentistry, and honestly— seem to have magician hands because they can carry out fairly technical procedures from periodontal work, to impressions, fillings, fixing splint, but you don’t feel a thing! I swear, and I'm anxious visiting the dentist. A standout from this practice to others is that here they are passionate about dentistry. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and enjoy treating patients. BONUS: Dr Hassan has a great sense of humour, which really helps if you’re anxious. 😀 Super central in Leeds city centre, just 5 minutes from my office. Offices are bright, really positive vibe, receptionists are always so helpful, and follow-up care is excellent. Highly recommend for expert care by Dentist who know what they are doing, do it well, but are still so approachable, and will answer all questions honestly.

A very quick and painless extraction of my wisdom tooth today. Hassan Moghul did a marvellous job. It made such a difference that he phoned me beforehand and then explained what was happening as we went along. He is confident in his skills and interested to listen to my needs. He is positive and enthusiastic. He relates very well. It really helps me to trust him which is such an important part if dentistry.

I have loved my visits to City Dental for over 20 years, which all my family and friends can attest to as find it strange I look forward to going for my cleans and check ups, but sadly the practise is not what it once was when Sunny owned it and regretfully, I will be leaving. The price hike for Denplan is an insult and not even priced competitively amongst other private dentists for the same service, the service I received today was more NHS vibes than private, which I pay for and my gums/teeth have been incredibly sensitive all day which I have never experienced before in my 40+ hygienist apts before. It felt rushed and very aggressive. The hygienist even managed to insult me about the discolouration of a tooth she clearly hadn’t checked my notes as would have seen from a childhood accident 30+ years ago. Or was this just going to be a sales pitch? Such a shame to see such a great practice decline so quickly. Even all existing staff have also left following Sunnys departure. They didn’t want to stay either. I will be leaving the practise and join another private dentist.

It’s really gone downhill since Sonny left. I was told I had an outstanding payment for a missed appointment I had no recollection of, I believe this was before the new company took over and they tried it on, I had to pay or I could not have my check up. No one seems to know what’s going on. I was told I could have an implant on my dencare plan, and I only had to pay the lab costs, and then was made to feel like an idiot for asking again the other dentist, who said it would cost 3.5k, she didn’t seem to believe me that the previous dentist said this. The hygienist appintoment with the dentist was very poor. Feels more like a cosmetic dentistry nowadays who are eager to take your money and provide substandard care.

Had a hygienist appointment recently with Perveen and Adrienne at City Dental. They checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable or if I needed a break. Perveen had previously recommended adding on airflow treatment to help lift stains and it was fantastic! They were as gentle as possible throughout the process and made me feel very much at ease.

Beware. This company will try and scam you. They contacted my wife 3 years ago saying she had an outstanding payment of £55.00 owing. My wife queried this via email as she always paid in full on each visit. No reply. Months later they again asked for payment, again she queried it, again no reply. So she went into the practice and spoke to them in person. They could find no proof or record of the owed payment. Said they would look into it but never got back to her. Months later we received another email, again asking for payment with no information regarding what or when the treatment was. So we queried at. Surprise surprise, no reply. So again she visited in person and again they could not provide any information or details regarding the debt. Two more emails have been sent, twice more we've received no reply. This morning we have received an email from a debt collection agency so it looks like we're going to court. Do not use this company. They are either scammers or incompetent. If they can't keep and provide records they definitely aren't qualified to care for your teeth.
