I had a genuinely great experience at The Dental Group. The reception staff were very friendly from the moment I arrived, which made a really positive start to the appointment. I went in for a crown and couldn’t believe they managed to make it and fit it on the same day. Dr Jeff O’Carroll was brilliant – calm, clear, and extremely skilled. He talked me through everything without rushing, and the whole process ended up being much easier than I expected. Honestly, it’s rare to leave a dental appointment feeling impressed, but I did. I highly recommend giving The Dental Group a visit.

Jeff is a life saver, I woke up on Monday morning with the worst pain in the world and was due to go on holiday on Wednesday and definitely would not of made it the pain I was in. I explained this and Jeff offered to stay late after hours on Monday and help me!! Thank you so much you saved a family holiday Now pain free and enjoying the sunshine, Not all hero’s wear capes but the dental group definitely should!!

Went for another visit the other day I just wanted to add to my original review, they are just so understanding and accommodating. I felt so safe and listened to with any questions I had. Just exceptional, I used to dread the dentist years ago before becoming a patient at the dental group. Thanks so much guys! EDIT: Visited at least annually for the last 5 years. Exceptional as always, if I could give more than 5* I would. The practice is super clean and modern. As always they make me feel so comfortable as the staff are so attentive and caring. I’ve gone from dreading the dentist to enjoying it!
