Rude bad mannered receptionists and as others have also stated Dr Patel is also very rude. Talks over you. The other dentists are lovely but receptionists need a course in customer service

Dr Patel is the most rude ill mannered and unprofessional clinician I have ever come across. She spoke down to my daughter during her 1st visit she was very heavy handed during consultation and hurt her and continued to embarrass her whilst another patient was in the room. she was very rude in her manner and tone and we will not recommend nor will we come back to this practice !
