I was a patient registered with Littleton road practice, I paid some deposit for polish and scale, but then transfered to the hospital for wisdom teeth removal which waited for more than a year. Now the practice is closed and I have no way to continue my treatment and use my deposit. Tried emailing and ringing several times but no reply at all. It's not a big amount but at least you have to let your patient know. Very bad experience

In my opinion an unscrupulous company. Avoid its dental practice’s at all costs. The NHS must have similar concerns as they recently stopped FIVE Northwest Smart Dental practices from treating NHS patients due to their appalling standards. Google it and see for yourself. Even the legal consultant I was communicating with at this company has now left. My case is currently in the hands of the authorities. As a new patient I waited SEVEN weeks for an appointment at the Ribbleton practice, despite being in pain and paying for the treatment. The practice registered me as the wrong sex at the wrong address and then later claimed I had a wife. I’m not married. The dentist somehow missed 3 of 5 decayed teeth in need of urgent extraction (they claimed I only had 2 decayed teeth). They tried to charge me for X-rays which I’d initially been told were included in the examination cost. I was prescribed antibiotics I did not require and told to pay the receptionist £10 for stamping it. Complained and received a rude red letter from the practice manager. Another patient there that day in reception complained his two fillings had fallen out after a fortnight. He asked why he was being charged to fix it and why he had been prescribed antibiotics. If you wish to see your records and data you can serve the practice or company with an SAR. They have to comply within 30 days. Just visit the ICO website for details. I received the SAR results and was shocked to see that the dentist couldn’t even map my teeth correctly. According to her I now have two teeth I never had before. She claims I had a high sugar intake and discussed this with me. But I’m not allowed sugar. Half the report was false and the dentist then made a libellous remark about me. I was offered a refund but still haven’t had it. My appointment was in June. I had to find another dentist who was competent. He completed my treatment in just 3 weeks. If you care about your dental health, mental health, data security and money then please look elsewhere.
