What can I say! I have been attending this practice for over 14 years. I initially required a dental implant which my dentist at that time couldn’t do. So my hairdresser recommended Lenore and I haven’t looked back since! Throughout this time I have always been treated by Lenore and her amazing team with the utmost respect. Lenore’s professionalism is outstanding in all aspects of dental care. I have had numerous procedures over the years and I even plucked up courage to have my teeth straightened when I was 62, something I wish I had done many years ago. Dr Bronkhurst and team are second to none. They are kind, caring, very professional and ideally suited for any who may be nervous of dentists! The surgery is a very modern and very relaxing atmosphere. Having had several procedures, the team were able to guide me through various options to find what suited me best, along with what ultimately would be the right long term solution. I recently had all my mercury fillings removed, Invisalign treatment, three implants, and some crowns done. Everything was carried out to a very high standard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was made to feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and it was all pain-free. My young daughter now comes here too, and the team are wonderful with her — they always keep her calm and relaxed during her visits. Had to wait 30min for my appointment. Wasn't informed about the dentist running late before coming to the practice nor when I was there. I was rushing after work to make my appointment on time just to find out I had to wait for it 30 more min. Dr Jones apologised to me for running late when she saw me. She checked my teeth and informed me that 7 teeth have decay. I had a check up 6 months ago and everything that needed doing was done. Then I had another check up about 2 months before this appointment and everything was fine. It was hard for me to believe that I already had decay going on. I came here for an inlay bridge and was informed that I can't have it done until I deal with the decay. I said that I just want the inlay bridge and I will deal with the "decay" late. Dr Jones said she can't do that , cuz all the teeth have too be taken care of before the bridge. I'd understand if I was getting braces but not an inlay bridge. I said I don't mind signing a paper where I take full responsibility for whatever happen after getting the bridge and not dealing with the " decay" and the practice won't be liable for anything . Dr Jones said she'll talk to the management and let me know in 2 days. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear back from them but I'm guessing the answer is no since Dr Jones didn't even bother getting back to me about it. I felt like the practice just wanted to make money of me when Dr Jones told me about the decay. Like I've said, the previous dentist I saw said my teeth are fine. So how come I've got decay going on already? Definitely wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. They don't even think it's a good idea to inform people that the dentis is running late or to action their words. Wasted my time and money. Won't be coming back

I have an accident while my holiday in barcelona so i lost my front teeth it broken half i was very upset and lost my self confidence and I really worry that i might can't book any Dentist to be fix but Mannamead Cosmetic Dental Centre safe my life because they accept me and fixed for me the day after i flight back home and the Doctor Lenore and her team did an excellent job she really nice and Kind well explained all what i needed, aesthetics on my front teeth which I am also very happy with.
