The Smile Chic dental practice is simply the best dental practice I’ve been to. The practice has a warm glisten and the treatment rooms feel like they’ve been lifted from the Starship Enterprise with the latest dental technology adorning walls and countertops. The latest tech is nothing without an expert master – enter Dr Rad. Dr Rad is charming and extremely capable. I lost my two front teeth when I was in my late teens and the caps I had came away after a few years. I wanted a permanent solution and Dr Rad suggested implants. I was led through the process step but step and am delighted with the result. One cannot tell they aren’t my original two front teeth. I would highly recommend Dr Rad and this wonderful practice. Five stars doesn't really do the superb service justice.

I don't think Persheng and her team could do any more to improve the service you receive when visiting this clinic. Service is super friendly, personable and professional. The environemnt is always A* clean and very welcoming. After enquiring about different alignment options, Persheng was honest and transparent about the best treatment route to go down. My case was particuarly complicated due to the amount of movement required. Talk about a delicate hand, I always felt at ease in the chair. From start to finish I was super happy with the process and the amazing results! Commuinications were always prompt and efficient. Appointments were scheduled coveniently around my long working hours. Overall, they have consistently gone above and beyond - Persheng has even personally popped in on a Sunday Bank Holiday so I could pick-up my retainers. Thank you all so much!

After a terrible previous experience at another dentist I was beyond nervous, Smile Chic was highly recommended to me by a good friend and how glad I am I took their advice, today I had 3 fillings and two extractions in preparation for composite bonding, I was so nervous but every member of staff did everything they could to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible, they never got annoyed with me nor did they get stressed out, I was treated with kindness and respect which helped me massively.
