I booked an Invisalign consultation for today and my first impressions of this clinic are very bad. My appointment time was at 2:30pm and it got to 2:45pm and no-one approached me to say sorry for the delay. I approached the receptionist twice actually and I said that I have a work commitment and need to leave soon and the response I got was quite shocking. I didn’t even get an apology I just got asked when I would like to reschedule the appointment for as if it was my fault. I’m extremely disappointed as I really wanted to secure the Black Friday deal with the Invisalign. How can anyone trust paying thousands for a treatment when a simple appointment can’t even be adhered to. From Leanne Lawrence

Got into an unexpected emergency situation and was extremely lucky to be able to find Putney Hill Dental in Putney neighbourhood ..... appreciated very much the entire experience from last minute on-line booking, transparency of fees (btw, the fees are very reasonable), to the amazing service (actually it's help extended to me as an overseas traveller spending only a limited time here in London!) delivered by the entire team and Dr Kia Alam's professional treatment, advice and follow up. The team has also been very accommodating to squeeze me in so that I would be able to get the treatment which was very important to someone who was not familiar with the local system and also got a confined time to leave London. A big THANK YOU again to the team and Dr Kia for the easy, smooth and professional experience and treatment!!!

I have the biggest anxiety with dentists...unlike anything in my life! This dentist has proven to me over a short time that it can be managed! So far, they are all wonderful...the general reception, dentist consultation (honest and open) to my dreaded root canal. Dr. Vish is a miracle worker as I did not even have a moment of residual pain! I cannot recommend them highly enough. As I now embark on a year-long journey of invisalign, I feel taken care of rather than exploited for 'additional' cosmetics!
