The receptionist was cheerful and friendly, but being asked to leave a Google review immediately after checking out left me with a hollow feeling - as though the warmth of the interaction had just been a setup. I’m surprised anyone thinks this is a good way to request reviews. Reception – 1/5 Beyond the awkward review ask, getting information and accessing my medical records here has been extremely time-consuming. It eventually became easier for me to go elsewhere for actual dental work. Dentistry – 2/5 I haven’t had treatment done here, only a consultation. The dentist recommended fairly urgent, significant work, which surprised me. I sought a second opinion elsewhere, and they saw no need for any intervention right now - and suggested that if issues arose in the future, they could be addressed then. I also checked the two opinions with ChatGPT for a sanity check, and it aligned with the second dentist. Overall, I didn’t feel confident proceeding here. Hygiene – 5/5 This is the part I keep coming back for. The hygienist is excellent: friendly, upbeat, explains things well, and I learn something useful about teeth or gums every time. The clean itself is thorough and comfortable. Genuinely great service.

Dr. Patel was so amazing!! I had an emergency while on a trip to London and was able to book an appointment for the very next day, he answered all my questions very thoroughly. My procedure went smoothly and quickly. Pricing was also very transparent and easy for travelers
