Unfortunately, my experience at the clinic was not good. The receptionist was not professional or helpful, and the cleanliness of the clinic was unacceptable, looking more like a construction site. I hope the management improves the hygiene standards and the staff’s customer service, as these details create the first impression of any healthcare facility

Really brilliant practice. Always possible to get an appointment and timely once you arrive. From when you arrive to when you see your dentist it’s a very swift and efficient process. Dr Bilal was particularly considerate and professional during consultations. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but he is very patient, and explains things in depth giving for a smooth experience. I was able to get repeat appointments in the instance of issues and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend, thank you for the great work guys

I came to Nova Dental recently for a checkup. I was recieved very well and my dentist - Dr. Bilal, was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Having impressions taken is usually very uncomfortable, however, Dr. Bilal took extra care to ensure the impressions were taken quickly and as comfortably as possible.
