Having had problems with an implant screw being stuck in place and my own dentist unable to free it I was sent to the Implant Centre to see Bill Schaeffer. He explained how the procedure would, hopefully, unfold and kept me fully informed throughout. It took him but a few minutes to remove the offending piece and check that the implant was still in good condition. I cannot praise Bill's work, and calm manner throughout, enough. I felt fully at ease and was on my way in short order. Thank you to all at the Implant Centre for a very easy end to an ongoing situation and I can now look forward to having the implant completed in the New Year.

I was referred by my dentist to Andrew for a tooth extraction, from the initial contact through to the follow up phone call they have been extremely kind and professional. I was very anxious about the extraction, but from the first consultation Andrew made me feel very relaxed, explaining the procedure and help available through sedation. On the day of the procedure, both he and Rex (sedation) again explained what would be happening ensuring I felt comfortable before proceeding. Post extraction they both ensured I was ok before taking me to a quiet area to relax before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend the Implant Centre, and thank all the staff for their professional and kind help.
