Very rude admin staff, absolutely disgusting the way she speaks to people. I have had this issue before and have complained but clearly they do not care to re-train staff because the same unprofessional rude staff are working at the desk as first point of contact for patients. The managers aren't any better as they make excuses for this rude behaviour. I asked the name of the rude staff multiple times but she refused to give me her name. Appalling customer service. If you hate your job find a new one you miserable woman.

Very poor time management. My 14-year-old son had an appointment booked weeks in advance. We arrived 10 minutes early, yet had to wait over 40 minutes before he was seen. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. There’s no point in making an appointment if it’s not honoured. Extremely disappointing experience.

Went in for a simple filling and dentist damaged my tooth getting it now have a root canal done. Had to be seen by another dentist. Thanks for nothing would avoid. No point calling them they dont even pick up

My experience with this dentist has been amazing from the first time i walked in the reception lady's are lovely kind helpful and they will go over and beyond too look after you and your needs My dentist was a amazing woman her surname was KANI she is a very great dental practitioner she has made me so much happier more confident and I can smile again The best dentist in Birmingham birchfield road/ street

I have been at this practice since 2003. You turn up for your appointment and sometimes you wait up to 30 minutes or more after the appointed time to see the dentist. They would apologise for the wait and you take it on the chin as you accept things happen. Had a recent text from them advising that I was due a visit. So I called to make an appointment. Was told that my usual dentist was off on maternity leave. I can get an appointment but only on a Wednesday as that is the only day her cover works? I decided I would talke it but the only time available is 9 am nothing later. Knowing what traffick is like at that time in the morning I reluctantly agreed. Started work early and left for the appointment. As I drew close it was bumper to bumper all the way. I could see the Mosque at tha corner but knew I was not going to make it. So I called ahead advising I will be little late caught in traffick. Parked in the back and scurried around to reception. As I entered the office it was 10 past and my phone is ringing. The receptionist has the phone in her hands. She looks up and asks are you Franklyn? I said yes. She says with a smile, the dentist says you have to rebook. There was just 1 lady with a child in reception. So they weren't buzzing. I walked back out the door. But I had to go back and state that all the times I waited past my appointed times over the years did not matter. So since I pay to see the dentist, I will pay another Dentist of my choosing where I can get an appointment that is convenient to me.

Terrible customer service, especially from one of the admins, this big lady dark, brown skin, with her messy hair bun. Speaks extremely rudely and with an undermining tone, as if she’s the CEO of the dental industry. It’s really concerning that she’s still got a job there. From a patients perspective, we may not always understand why a certain plan is being chosen for us, whether it’s an implant, filling etc, it’s the staff at the surgerys job, the admin the dentist, to explain to the patient why so and so plan is the best option. Instead, at Birchfield dental practice, the dentist and especially that admin prefer to undermine their patients and make them feel inferior because they didn’t achieve a bachelor of dental surgery.

Friendly staff helpful in every way possible very clean and tidy practice the dentist I have she is amazing and very helpful professional and does amazing work 10/10 for everything My dentist is Kani and I will recommend her to everyone who is looking for a dentist and all the dental nurses I have had are great aswel There is one Reception lady who is really nice and helpful and she calls to remind you about your appointment but I don't remember her name IV told a few people who are looking for a good dentist to go there as you are going to get the best work done

I was trying to register myself from 2021 But he doesn’t register me Last Friday I called him. They say you can come Monday we’re gonna register you so I come today and they told me it doesn’t talk to you. Who talk to you. I show the number look this number. Which one is the 66 last? What do you say? It doesn’t accept a new patient but after your date when I see there was a lot of people they have New poem For register Because the peoples was The same community They are just registering the people who is they are community that doesn’t accept😥😥😥😥 this is very bad very very bad
