I booked a consultation and clean up with Dovehouse on a whim and it has turned out to be the best dental experience I could’ve imagined. Dentists can sometimes be daunting but Dr Anwar was so kind and accommodating during my clean up and did an incredible job. Dr Anneka was also so kind and supportive during my consultation. She went above and beyond my expectations - they both did, as did all the staff who were supporting. The general atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you feel sooo at ease! Thank you for such a great experience and I look forward to being back! Tbh, I can’t thank you enough!!! 🤗

The hygeniest Maria is extremely professional in her work and care for you. She is very polite and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. My dentist here Mr Mahmood is excellent in his care for you, very knowledgeable and provides expert care.He is also very polite, friendly and we have great discussions.

I'd had bad experiences with other dentists in the past and had neglected my teeth for a long time as a result. I developed a bad toothache and had to do something about it so booked an emergency appointment with dovehouse dental and was able to be seen the same day. I was seen by a guy named Rohil and honestly this guy has restored my faith in dentists completely. He checked me over with zero judgement, only wanted to help. He knew I was nervous and talked me through absolutely everything that was going to happen, my options going forward and what he thought was best. All throughout he made sure he was going at my speed and making sure that my comfort was a priority. I left feeling much better than when I went in both mentally and physically and have happily booked in to see him again.

Due to discoloration of one of my front teeth, Anneka very cleverly disguised this with a composite veneer. Having been conscious of this discoloration for a long time, I'm over the moon with the result!!! It looks so natural and is a perfect match to the rest of my teeth. It also hasn't harmed the actual tooth. Anekka is also a genuinely lovely person to deal with, and she sets out all the various options and explains everything very clearly. Thank you Anneka!!!

Absolutely 1000% recommend this dentist, the staff are lovely and the dentists are very friendly. I booked an emergency appointment at 2am this morning to cure my two day toothache and managed to an appointment for 9am. No waiting around, in and out within 2 hours. X Ray-d and tooth extracted on same day. No complaints. Very happy with the service I recieved.

I came across Dovehouse Dental, Solihull as a result of an online search for a dentist to deal with a painful dental emergency. I was unable to get an appointment at my usual dentist, so booked an emergency appointment with this practice online for the following day - a Saturday! I was in a great deal of pain with my tooth and was fully expecting to be given antibiotics and sent on my way, to await the appointment with my usual dentist in early November. How wrong was I! In the reception area I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist - Molly. Molly then escorted me (along with my daughter and granddaughter) to another lovely waiting area for my appointment. Aakash Patel (the dentist), came into the waiting area at the scheduled time and escorted me (and my entorage!!) into a well-appointed dental surgery. I explained my issue and Aakash conducted a thorough examination of my teeth before advising on the course of action required. Aakash understood my anxiety and pain at the treatment required, but explained clearly and calmly the procedure. At every step of the process, Aakash talked through what he was about to do, guiding me expertly in managing my breathing to ease my pain and discomfort. The process he went through to complete the procedure I have never experienced before - and I've undergone this process a few times - enduring the pain and discomfort as a normal expectation. There was pain, but it was much more manageable with the guidance of Aakash. Aakash gave clear advice and guidance on the after care I should perform to manage the effects of the procedure, and what I might expect. By far the best dental experience of my life. Aakash has an exceptional manner; he was attentive, listened and articulated well an honest assessment of the treatment required with great care and empathy. Aakash massively exceeded my expectations and has changed my perception and expectations of 'going to the dentist' - even in an emergency. Because of Aakash's caring and considerate approach, the knowledge and expertise he demonstrated in providing a level of dental care and treatment I have never experienced before, I will be entrusting Dovehouse Dental practice with my future dental care needs. I would highly recommend Dovehouse Dental practice to anyone experiencing a dental emergency. You will experience first-class dental care and service. Thank you Aakash and your team 🙏
