I had an appointment with Aysha at the Peasedown dentist, explained I had Fibromyalgia and was in a lot of pain, I struggled going to the appointment. I can't say how amazing Aysha was, she was so caring and made sure that I was not in any more pain from the work she did, apologies I didn't get the assistance name, but they are the best team I have ever seen when it comes to hygienist, as this is usually something that causes me lots more pain on top of what I already have. If you struggle seeing a hygienist due to pain then this is the person to see, I have never met someone doing this job that is so caring for their customers. Thank you so much to Aysha and her assistant. 5 star +.

Had a chipped front tooth and honestly thought It was too far gone and would need crowning. Sandra assured me she could fill it and after a couple of injections (she always warns you if they will be painful) and a bit of drilling which I didn't feel she started to fill my front upper tooth. After a few minutes of hardening she gave me the mirror. I was amazed. So clever and it feels like she's thickened up the rest of it. It doesnt look like it's been filled and its smooth and natural feeling. She assures me it'll be tough as long as I'm careful (I've stopped biting my nails 😆) Would just like to say thankyou so much Sandra and your lovely assistant and all the team at peasedown. 🙌

Regardless to what time of day I had an appointment, the dentist would be running a minimum of 15 minutes late. Even when I was the first appointment, the dentist was still running late so when I had taken time off work to make my appointment, it's very frustrating! Reception team very friendly and always apologising for the delay. The dentist was very friendly BUT her poor time keeping skills has resulted in me moving away from this dental practice.

Sandra, Sam and the team provide a very efficient and caring service. I've been a patient at this dentist for many years and after a recent fall, in which I broke my two front teeth, I was overwhelmed by the service I received from the team. Sam did an amazing job of arranging appointments for me so quickly and I've never felt so welcomed, comfortable and happy to be at the dentist. The work on my teeth is amazing, you can hardly tell they've been broken. Thank you so much!

Poor customer service i had a 9am appointment & was the 1st appointment of the day for my dentist who was 20 minutes late arriving to the practice & then rushed my appointment literally in there 5 minutes even though i told dentist i have a problem with a tooth she just had a quick look at the tooth,prodded my gums with a pick tool & then told me to rebook another appointment for an xray on that tooth & scale & polish as she was running late & didn't have time to do either of those things for me today as she said she needed to catch up as she was running late for all her next appointments. I don't think i got a very good service at all & then had to pay £25.80 for the rushed & very poor appointment & will have to wait to return over a month later for another appointment to actually find out what is wrong with my tooth & see what can be done to rectify it & for me it will mean more unpaid time off work for a repeat visit to have treatment that should have been done in today's appointment!!
