Was my first visit to the dentist and I left before being seen. The state of the place was enough to send me running. Poor customer service. Got to be the worst dentist in the uk. The sign outside was hanging off, toilet door was broken so receptionist stood guard while I used it. Unclean and unfinished with the decorating. Posters hanging crooked on the wall. Dental nurses in dirty tunics. I didn’t hang around to see the dentist. I bailed after all that. It was horrific. And a petty response to my review. Speaks volumes about the place

So let me get this straight a disabled girl gets referred to you by the emergency line in pain who has already been passed around and already had multiple xrays and finished antibiotics but is still in pain and you log her as ‘routine’ instead of ‘emergency’ so she has to wait 43 weeks for treatment whilst she is taking painkillers everyday? And you don’t even bother to notify her that you don’t believe her? You are legally responsible if she gets liver damage taking painkillers for 43 weeks

Highly recommend this dentist to anyone, nice practice, staff was amazing. Had tooth extraction within minutes of seeing the surgeon, very happy 😊

Had an appointment at Bury Dental Practice (BDP) They were kind enough to remind me through both email several days before my appointment & a polite phone call closer to the time. The Reception Team are brilliant with a designated receptionist Annette & the nursing team to assist with any clinical queries. I received care & treatment from Dr Khan & Nurse Maria, both realised that I was anxious & allayed my concerns throughout the appointment. The quality of care is first class. Thank You BDP for taking care of my dental health & giving me a confident smile & making dental appointments something to look forward to.
