Can’t recommend highly enough. Fantastic service. Very thorough and very friendly. They delivered over and above what was agreed and whats was paid for. I had lingual(behind the teeth) braces which not many places can do. They were tough to get used to but it meant no one could see that I had braces. The treatment was estimated to last 18months but ended up being over 2 years however the cost remained at the fixed cost agreed.

I chose SmileLux as my orthodontic provider in 2022 and have just had my braces off today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! From beginning to end, the experience has been brilliant. We were referred to Dr. Hirani as I needed orthodontic work to correct a significant underbite which, in conjunction with my teeth grinding, was going to cause issues later in life. I had already done a lot of damage through grinding and, as a result, was not very enthusiastic about smiling. The work carried out by Dr. Hirani and his team over the last four years has completely transformed the look of my smile and fully corrected the underbite — a total transformation. I couldn’t recommend Sunil and the SmileLux team enough, they combine those increasingly rare set of qualities of professionalism, attention to detail with a real focus on caring for the patient and ensuring they come out of the treatments with the best results possible. The 0% finance option really helps manage the expenditure especially if you have multiple children requiring corrective treatments. The focus on achieving the best results for their patients is never compromised, and the price is the price, regardless of how many additional appointments are required before they remove the braces. I guess that my two children who have undergone treatments with SmileLux represent two different ends of the treatment complexity, and both have progressed exceptionally well with no tooth extraction required, just patience and the application of Sunil’s extensive experience to manipulate the teeth into perfect alignment. I've recently completed my multi-year treatment plan with Dr. Hirani at Smilelux in Milton Keynes and I’m very, very happy with the results. Dr. Hirani is not only highly professional and knowledgeable and acts with an incredible attention to detail, but is also very warm and a real conversationalist! Although my situation was complex, his course of treatment was highly successful; I had multiple extractions, three TADs (mini implant screws) and some shaving between teeth, as well as the usual straightening of bunched teeth, in order to correct my cross-bite, achieve more symmetry and enhance them aesthetically. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming upon arrival and the treatment room itself is always impeccably clean. The rest of the team have been excellent throughout, and I’d like to thank Saijel, Shivani, Maria and (formerly) Laura for their hard work and for being understanding of my unpredictable schedule and accommodating any changes I had to make to appointments on occasion. I’d highly recommend Smilelux to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment in the area.
