Had a filling done by Jeremy. Zero issues, very calm and reassuring. Did not feel the anaesthetic jab either. Everyone was polite and friendly. No complaints.

Absolutely Terrible service!!! and very rude!!!. Carried out surface filling, later transpired he drilled too deep requiring revisit and refill and also have root canal treatment at additional cost, messed that up by constatantly filling and heating with a red hot implement which was heat up using a Bic lighter to cure filling, during process he burnt his glove and hand which stank. After I complained, he became aggressive and shouted " do you think I just do unessary work to make money"? . Long story short, most of filling fell out and out of pocket hundreds of pounds.

Usually pretty quick to get appointments, rarely had to wait long once I'm in the surgery either. They're really up front about pricing and various options, and I appreciate that there is no heavy sales since my previous dentist was all about upselling. Would absolutely recommend.

I registered with this practice as an NHS patient a few months ago, and am currently undergoing root treatment. I hadn't been to the dentist for several years, as I am somewhat nervous about it, and tend to put things off if I can avoid them. All the staff here are friendly and welcoming, and take time to ensure you're comfortable and understand the procedure you're recieving. During my first root canal appointment, the local anaesthetic did not fully numb me (this is not the fault of the dentist, I am somewhat resistant to it), and the staff were very understanding and allowed me to tell them what I needed and didn't force me to continue if I didn't want to. In my second appointment, I was a little nervous after the previous time, but the anaesthetic worked better and the first part of the treatment was able to be completed much more easily, and I was happy with the experience, and thankfully now pain-free. Root canal is not an easy procedure, especially when the patient is not responding to the painkiller. But Himani who performed the procedure did a very good and professional job and put me at ease. I'd definitely recommend Rutherglen Dental Care if you're looking for a friendly, local dentist. If you're a bit nervous like I am, don't be afraid to let them know. From my own experience, you will feel such a relief once you get over that initial hurdle, and the lovely staff at this practice make it a lot easier. Thank you!

Went to get filling replaced dentist took old filling out but did not clean away any decay or fix the tooth next to it that she said she'd fix. Left me in alot of pain as didn't wait til I was numb before starting and charged me for both when they did nothing but take old filling out and ram a new one in without cleaning it properly. Also broke 2 of my family members teeth! One of the receptionists was also so rude! 5 of us were registered there when it was Mitchell. Since he retiring all 5 of us have switch due to poor work!

Absolutely wonderful dental practice! Having always been an anxious patient, I developed a full-on phobia when it transpired a previous dental surgery had left cotton wool under a filling for 10 years, meaning I lost my tooth. I was so nervous about attending here for the first time but Dr Srivastava was fantastic - extremely patient and taking time to explain my treatment, which was first class. They are also a fabulous family surgery - my three children have attended for check-ups, which were all very thorough. My eldest had teeth removed prior to having braces fitted, a procedure carried out by Dr Flessas, who was so good at reassuring him. My son said the procedure was completely painless. The staff are all lovely, and it’s a lovely vibe - a brilliant practice. Highly recommended ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
