Poor service, bad time management, no client orientation, I came in time for my appointment and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, and when I asked how long will it take to wait they said they don’t know, they’ve accepting another clients for the time of my appointment and never excused. Dont recommend this dentistry.

I’ve been attending west end smiles for years. From the receptionists, Nicola & Emma, who are just so joyful & happy ( just what u need if you’re an anxious client, like myself ) & of course Dr Irfan, who has provided me with the best care. I recently stood on my denture plate, whilst I wait on my implant, & I had no hope as it was broken like a jigsaw. The thought of Xmas with no front tooth completely brought me down. However Dr Irfan managed to solve my problem within 2 days by providing me with a replacement until my implant treatment is completed. I will be forever grateful for this dental practice, as they seriously look after you in every way. Thanks again. Regards Harry.

I want to thank Irfan and all the staff at West End Smiles. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had a lot of work needing done, especially fillings, and Irfan’s level of skill is truly second to none - I have a small chip on my left front tooth which was constantly breaking off as other dentists had made the fill to large and it would very quickly break off against my bottom row of teeth but no more as it has been done so well there is no overhang whatsoever. Once again thank you all giving me the confidence to smile again.

Just to say thank you Dr Irfan and his amazing team. Once again you've literally brought the smile😁 back to my face. So happy with the repair to my broken dentures. Great fit. Such a professional, caring and efficient team at this dentist practice that make every visit worthwhile and, dare i say, almost enjoyable. Even with my sensitivity issues, Dr irfan is so patient and gentle... and knowledgeable. Id give him and his lovely receptionist 10 stars if i could. Thank you for helping me through my pain crisis during covid too Irfan. Best dentist ever... i mean that.👍

The staff members at the clinic are friendly and professional, but it might be worth reconsidering if you are planning to pursue Invisalign treatment at this clinic. To begin with, there was a wait of 3 months between paying the £2000 deposit and starting my treatment. Initially, they informed me that the lab had misplaced my files, but it later turned out that they had forgotten to order the aligners, despite my multiple follow-ups. Furthermore, there is only one staff member who is trained to oversee Invisalign treatment, and who works only 2 days a week. This lack of availability has made it challenging to schedule appointments, resulting in me wearing the same aligners for an extended period of over 2 months due to unavailability of appointment slots for a new scan. Lastly, during the process of obtaining scans for a new round of treatment, it appears that the company responsible for printing the aligners or the courier may have misplaced the package, causing additional delays. While I acknowledge that this issue may not be entirely within the clinic's control, it would have been beneficial if they had been more proactive in providing updates and maintaining better communication. As a long-standing patient at this clinic for 4 years prior to beginning my Invisalign treatment, I approached this experience with high expectations. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed as the quality of service did not meet my previous positive experiences. Timely updates, proactive communication, and better coordination could have alleviated many of the frustrations I encountered.

Thanks Dr Irfan, flexible, communicative and honest. Great to know I’ve found a empathetic dentist I feel comfortable with for regular check-ups after my current treatment ends.
