I just wanted to pass some feedback to my dentist, Armand David Camderman. He is by far, the best dentist I have had whilst being at All Saints Dental Clinic. He is always patient and understanding, and takes the time to fully explain and inform me about treatment and potential issues. Armand is incredible with my 6 year old son, he always makes him feel at ease and makes him laugh. This makes taking my son to the dentist a much better experience. Please pass on my comments, as I would like him to know that the dilligence and care he provides does not go unnoticed.

Unpleasant experience with receptionist. I was directed to All Saints Green Dental Practice by NHS 111 after several calls trying to find somewhere to help with a tooth problem. When I phoned the practice, I spoke with a receptionist named Maisie, who unfortunately spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. I explained politely that I had been directed there by 111 and even mentioned with a bit of a laugh that this was my eighth call of the day. Maisie suddenly snapped and said that 111 shouldn’t keep sending people to them and that they didn’t have anything available. I asked what she wanted me to do since I was only following 111’s instructions, and when I said there was no need to snap at me, she responded with, “Okay, whatever,” in a blunt and dismissive tone. After such a stressful day trying to get dental help, I found this interaction really upsetting. A little understanding and patience would have gone a long way.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Armand David Camderman. As I am pregnant, I faced great difficulty finding both a private dentist and NHS support to resolve my dental issue. Dr. Armand was incredibly welcoming, compassionate, and professional. I had a broken crown and a damaged tooth next to it caused by bruxism. After months of unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem through the NHS and private clinics, Dr. Armand managed to restore the tooth and create a new crown through the NHS. He truly understood my situation and provided exceptional care. The final result was impeccable, durable, and of outstanding quality. I am deeply grateful for his excellent work and professionalism. Highly recommended.

This review is about the dentist I saw Mr Lenny Lalsie. I travelled to Norwich, from London to be treated by Mr. Lalsie, on a recommendation by a friend. I confess to being scared of dentists and was incredibly apprehensive about my treatment despite being a medical professional myself. What I found was an incredibly polite, kind and gentle dentist who put me at ease, recognising my nervousness. His bedside (or perhaps chair side) manner was so professional and empathic, I was so impressed and picked up some helpful lessons, to employ with my own patients when I perform minor surgery. I could recognise the work of a master technician, when he explained every step of what he did before he did it and why. I had to visit Norwich three times to complete my treatment and my esteem of Mr. Lalsie grew each time I had a consultation with him. He was kind also to his nursing assistants. I also noticed how well he worked with his assistants, two of them whom I met the first visit and thereafter Miss Tegan. There was a good rapport with his team and a sound professional interaction. Mr. Lalsie also asked my consent to share my unique case with dental students. I am very happy with my treatment and I hope Mr. Lalsie and Miss Tegan would not be embarrassed having been mentioned personally in this review as a mark of gratitude on my part. Thank you.
