The staff on the desk at this dentist are awful, they sit and chat to each other happily but when you ask them something they snap at you as if you’re doing something wrong. And don’t ask for a receipt printed, I thought she was going to chin me at one point, I realise its far too much hard work to press a button then have to reach all the way down to near her knee and get it but I needed it, the snarls and huffs and puffs were unbelievable. It’s a shame because the dentists are really good, but avoid at all costs.

I went a few months ago. I was stood at the reception while the receptionists chatted away. They knew I was there. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment. I waited over 15 mins from my appointment time. The dentist apologised for being late. He was praying and lost trake of time. I will not be returning.

An absolute shambles of a dentist reckoned my little one had missed an appointment but they failed to inform me of it told someone else. Then had to cancel an appointment as little one had sickness and diarrhoea and was told by the receptionist to still take him as staff wear PPE but department of health guidelines says not to. What about other people at the practice catching it . No consideration for their patients 😡 not worth the star but won't post without

Management are an absolute disgrace. Daughter has been removed from this surgery due to ‘2 missed appointments’. Firstly, as explained to 2 different managers of this practice, the first time was due to cancelling on the Monday morning of the surgery opening due to my daughter being sick and too poorly to go in for her appointment. The receptionist said we didn’t give enough notice but we informed them we gave as much notice as possible due to the surgery being closed over the weekend before. We offered to bring our daughter in to avoid this being classed as a no show but the receptionist instructed us not to bring her in. Fast forward to the last few days and we’ve missed one appointment due to having to go into work due to an emergency (admittedly our fault for not notifying the surgery and im not disputing this). The surgery then emailed stating my daughter was now removed from the surgery due to 2 missed appointments. THERE WAS ONLY MISSED APPPOINTMENT AS WE OFFERED TO TAKE HER IN THE FIRST TIME AND WAS TOLD NOT TO! Rang up the surgery and spoke to Mari-Ann who acted hostile from the get go and when I said to Mari-Ann I didn’t like the way she was talking to me (aggressively), she continued to do so as well as continuously speak over me whenever I tried to explain. I asked her not do this and allow me to speak but she continued to do this. Not only this, but she spoke to me like a child and I told her I felt this was how she was speaking to me. Her tone never changed. I then appealed this with the other manager, Jen, who was equally unhelpful and assigned all blame to myself. I asked to raise a complaint regarding Mari-Ann for the way she spoke to me but this wasn’t addressed by Jen at all, and not even in the follow up email regarding the appeal. Absolutely disgusting customer service shown by both members of management and looking at other reviews of this place, I can see I am not the only one Mari-Ann has spoke to this way. Receptionists and dentists have been fine, but not enough to give this place anymore than 1 star based on the customer service they’ve offered as well as not even taking into account personal circumstances.

Cannot fault the practice at all, usually see Karrar (who is fab!) but this time I saw Mrs Rouse, who was absolutely amazing with my 4 year old who is quite shy and nervous, Made it so comfortable for her and put her at ease from the get go! Lovely nurse well! Thank yous :)

I have mental health issues and I struggle to go to the dentist, I had a appointment booked and I turned up but had to leave due to anxiety got the better of me, I explained to the dentist and they charged me full price even owe they did not carry out the work, after a back and forth I managed to get £50 back and was put in credit, I told them that I would come back only when needed as I don’t want to waste money if my mental health problems stop me from attending future appointments , I phoned today a few months later and was told I was out down as a inactive patient meaning I don’t have regular appointment and that I would have to pay almost 3X the cost due to this ! I would not advise people to go to this dentist if you have any mental health or phobia of the dentist as they clearly have no understanding of compaction for people with issues. Very disappointing that I have to pay 3X the cost if I have mental health issues.

Seen by Karrar today as I had a tooth filled years ago, the filling fell out and two previous temporary fillings had failed whilst waiting for an appointment at my dentist. He was excellent, explained everything really well and made me feel at ease. The tooth ended up being extracted and I was so impressed that I have now registered at this practice.

shocking !!!!! no empathy whatsoever to a nuero diverse 15year old, tooth extracted with great empathy by 2 dentists (couldn't fault them) however after speaking to the practice manager aftercare not given and told no longer welcome at the practice due to "zero tolerance" and "mis-communication ???" awaiting their polices to take further - now have to go out of area to find another dentist - keep clear if you are wise. my daughter said 1 swear word 1 !!!!!! hidden disabilities are real..

Absolutely atrocious customer service. No care for individual circumstances at all.
