My regular dentist referred me to this clinic for a root canal retreatment after discovering a large cyst caused by a previously failed treatment. I had a really bad experience before, where the root canal was done by a general dentist, and I didn’t realise at the time that an endodontist would’ve been the better choice. The pain from that first experience was intense and stuck with me so I was extremely nervous going in, especially since my pain tolerance is quite low and I couldn’t forget how awful it felt. Dr. Kajal was incredibly calm and reassuring right from the start. She explained all the options clearly, took her time and regularly checked in during the procedure, especially knowing I also deal with dizziness. The entire process was painless, even the anaesthetic which I was most worried about. I actually fell asleep during the treatment, slightly embarrassing but it shows how comfortable and pain free I felt. The clinic is spotless and welcoming. I also want to mention Daniel at reception, he’s always friendly and professional. I genuinely enjoy our little chats before appointments and he makes the whole process feel relaxed and smooth. He’s brilliant at what he does and the team is lucky to have him. If you've had a bad experience with root canals or you're feeling anxious about treatment, I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Kajal and the team enough. They’ve completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.
