Been with dentist 20 years plus not been seen since July 2023 rang last week to check I was still registered as not been called in for checkup for 18 months told they are behind not sending appointments out I tried to explain I have cracked my tooth filling exposed told only appointment is 9th April 2025 receptionist not helpful quite rude no help at all no duty of care don't know what I will do now......

Been with this dentist for over 10 years. Recently my tooth snapped and I have been in a lot of pain. I telephoned them for an appointment but they refused to make me one. Not because they didn’t have any appointments available, but because I haven’t needed an appointment since 2021. Told me to either go on a call back list which could take months or phone around elsewhere!

Its been about 7 months now I haven't heard a thing from them I previously had to cancel my appointment because I had covid iv payed for the treatment to its a disgrace fair enough if I was getting it for free but im a paying customer and they have basically scammed me out of my money do not use this dentist and good luck calling to you will just get terrible attitude. I want my monet back

Had a loose cap on my front tooth and hadn’t been to dentist since before lockdown they managed to get me straight in and dr Oakley has done an amazing job couldn’t recommend them enough
