I am a new patient at Mydentist, I had appointment with Annabelle she was professional, knowledgeable. She gave me the information I needed and then discussed a treatment plan with me listening to what I wanted and advising way forward, I could not have asked for better, very pleased I have moved dentists Angela Allen 19/10/23

A wonderful practice all round, but a special mention to Dena and her nurse Dominika you both have made my autistic daughter feel so at ease, and not terrified anymore to come to a dentist, and that is priceless thank you so much xxx

Although they say on their website taking on NHS patients they are not it's just a sales ad to draw you in so they can persuade you to pay for private treatment I'm very unhappy dnt waste your time with these there only for private treatment

I cannot thank the Dentist and Hygienist enough. They were able to see me on a Sunday, which if they were not able to offer this service, due to my work commitments, it would have been near to impossible for me to reach my appointment. Both were extremely professional and friendly and put me at ease throughout. I highly recommend the service I received. Thank you.

Tried to book an emergency appointment and was told im no longer a member because I didnt book an appointment every 6 months, then the lady told me I booked an appointment that I never attended, which is false. Argumentative on the phone

The customer service is extremely poor, as is trying to fix IT problems in the treatment roomwhilst l'm trying to get dental treatment. Also had far too many cancelled appointments. One to avoid.

Had a filling today with Annabel what a star she is i didnt even feel the needle. She explains every she is doing as she goes along, and puts you at ease straight away. Thanks so much Annabel.👏👏👏
