This surgery advertises that it accepts NHS patients, yet my experience has been very disappointing. I have already been waiting 4 years on the NHS list (initially told 2 years, then 4, and now apparently 8). In the meantime, I booked a free consultation I saw advertised on their website. However, instead of helping with my NHS case, the focus was entirely on their private treatment options. I was shocked to learn that they could start private braces treatment within a week, yet NHS patients like myself are made to wait years and years. It feels as though private patients are clearly prioritised, while NHS patients are pushed further down the line. I completely understand that private care is part of how a business runs, but advertising NHS availability while continuing to extend wait times — now up to 8 years — feels extremely unfair and inconsiderate. It gives the impression that profit is valued far more than patient care.

Hands down this is the best dentist in Wolverhampton, very friendly and welcoming I couldn’t find a dentist luckily they took me on. The receptionist is so lovely. Also have the same name which is awesome (Lavina ) I will give this place 10/10
