17/11/2025 Well glad I didn't read the reviews before going . So ended up here as a walk in arrived 945 the guy behind desk very polite . Explained the process to me of the £40 exam and x-ray for the reason of my tooth ache 3days with it. They were busy see the dentist she was at 1st a bit off but once we got to know each other it was a joy made me feel at ease ended up it was a wisdom removal bad cavity so she went about getting it out 3 injection numb area then with 2mins tooth out. So 10 out of 10 she was in the 1st treatment room when U enter paid at desk wasn't cheap 3 figures

Would put zero if I could, could never get appointment Always the usual they book u in if your lucky enough to get them to answer the phone and within a hour after booking they cancel claiming the dentist is out of the country and they are not sure when they will be back. On a rare occasion when I managed to see someone about a broken tooth and in a lot of pain got charged the usual £27.90 fee to tell me what I already know the non qualified,trainee nurse or receptionist for all I know lol Says can’t do nothing as usual the dentist that deals with this situation is out the country again. So sent away with no antibiotics etc and could only rebooked in two months time and surprise surprise they cancelled within a hour of leaving. Never going back or recommend the place is a shambles or a crèche at times

Worst dentist in Nottingham, definitely should be shut down as the practice is so badly run and an absolute shambles. The head dentist Raj is basically running it as a cash cow and has an unqualified inexperienced trainee who can barely speak English working on his overflow of NHS patients. Do not register here if you want to keep your teeth. Zero stars if the option was available

I have been under their care for around 6 years now. I have high anxieties due to terrible treatment I received from another surgery years ago. They always have time for me and also because I'm deaf they understand that I find it difficult to hear what they are saying and they make sure I understand what they are doing. I can't say a bad word about them because I've never had a bad experience. The staff should be very proud of what they do and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also thumbs up to the new smart reception room and new windows looks really nice. Thank you for everything.

Been to this place 4 times in last month with my daughter she’s had two abscess’s and been in pain the entire time, just to be fobbed off with consultations, no antibiotics (I had to go private) and paid £50 for a prescription! Been back twice this week and still they won’t treat her! Fuming! Please avoid this dentist unless you’re rich or don’t mind wasting your time!

Tried to upsell my young daughter hygienist work when she was simply trying to redeem a whitening voucher from Groupon. Shame on you. Have now got a refund and complained to Groupon

From my initial consultation with the dentist through to my actual treatment everything was 5* The dentist, practice manager, reception team, technician and dental nurses were all really friendly, professional and polite. Everything about my treatment was explained to me in detail, and every step of the way I was asked if I had any questions, concerns, and if I was ok several times during my treatment. I was given great advice about maintenance, oral hygiene, and general care. I would definitely recommend Grange Dental Care.

If I can I couldn’t give any star, don’t go here they trying to take money from people, they put me with the NHS, they done 2 fillings paid band 2 after 2 weeks my front tooth got infected they charged me 2 more time emergency appointment prescribed me antibiotics and then to finally tell me that my front tooth need a root canal treatment which Dr Raj offered me for private price for 360£ even if it’s in Band B, by law they can’t do that! I then called to send me my x-ray by email and they said is not secure I need to go in for it and next day when I went back they said they didn’t talk with me, totally disgusting! I don’t usually write review but I hope this dentist will closed down because they really bad! Avoid at all cost! Be careful because they are some fake reviews as well!
