Outstanding Dental Care Experience I had an excellent experience with this clinic. The service was top-notch, the staff were courteous and professional, and the entire process was handled with great care. I underwent a deep cleaning and a tooth extraction in a single sitting, and I’m genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything went. Dr. Parmar was exceptional—he explained the procedures thoroughly, ensured I was comfortable throughout, and even followed up with support via email. I experienced no pain during or after the treatment, which speaks volumes about his skill and approach. The reception staff were equally impressive. I had requested an earlier appointment in case of cancellations, and they proactively contacted me to accommodate the change. Their responsiveness and positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional and compassionate dental care.

terrified of the dentist for many years and had multiple rotting roots that i had dealt with and beared pain due to fear...never in my life did i think id find such a compassionate and professional bunch they are a credit to dentistry multiple root removals and brilliant aftercare help aloong with a root canal in which not only did i never feel a thing but no after pain and a front fang saved! would highly recommend to anybody whos anxious

My first treatment Mr Parma fixed a tooth another dentist had completely botched. More recently I had a cracked tooth fixed the same day I cracked it. And today had more work done- 3 fillings. Dr Parma & Sonia = the dream team. I travel a long way to see my dentist & I’ll continue to. Get registered, you won’t regret it (nor will your teeth)

Posting on behalf of my wife Terri, after 3 days of intense toothache Terri called explained how bad she was feeling and that she suffers with bad anxiety, the receptionist was kind enough to get her in that day to be seen. From the moment Terri walked in she was given so much compassionate care from all members of staff. Mr parmar was excellent at giving Terri the treatment she needed while talking her calmly throughout the treatment and reassuring her constantly. I chipped my front tooth the day before Christmas Eve and got seen straight away after calling that morning. Mr Parmar went above and beyond and spent far longer re adding and shaping the composite than any other NHS Dentist would have, I'm incredibly happy with the results! I've been a regular at Windmill since around 2017 and never have any issues with my 6 monthly check ups either - great service (all staff!), clean as a whistle and always able to get in when needed for emergencies. 5*
