Dentures broke on Saturday whilst away in campervan, DIY repair with superglue. Phoned Monday and was offered ‘now’ or Friday for inspection & repair. Opted for ‘now’ (I live nearby) and after initial assessment (& cleaning up my DIY repair job) - returned an hour later to collect my repaired dentures. Very professional, good clear comms & genuine customer empathy/focus. Also, not overly expensive - £60 in my case. Premises are a bit ‘functional’ at present, but they’ve only been there 2 weeks - so likely to improve. Regardless, an excellent all round experience - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ✔️👍 (Parking is a bit tricky in this area, but easy to compromise & expect to walk a little bit further IF the 2 spaces outside the front door are in use).
