My experience at this practice has was disappointing and caused me significant pain and stress. I attended for a simple filling in June 2025, and the quality of the work was poor. The filling fell out and the area was infected. Previous fillings I did in 2016 in another dentist are still intact, but the one done here deteriorated. Communication from the dentist was consistently lacking. Despite repeatedly contacting the practice for updates about my referral, I was not provided with any information and was told each time that they had not heard back from the referral clinic. When my pain became severe and I insisted on urgent follow-up, I was simply given the number of the root canal clinic and told to chase the appointment myself. When I contacted the specialist clinic directly, I was informed that the dentist already knew important details about the treatment plan specifically that the clinic would only complete the first stage and that the second stage must be done by the referring dentist. This information had never been communicated to me, even though the practice was aware of it. I only found out after calling back and being told by the receptionist that the dentist should have informed me. Overall, I felt that my care was not prioritised, and I was left without essential information regarding my treatment, which resulted in delays and unnecessary discomfort. However, after submitting a formal complaint, the clinic responded promptly and ensured that I received the care I needed. The dentist went the extra mile by carrying out additional cleaning, and the service manager met with me directly to check whether I had any further concerns. My dentist is Hala Al-Okati , I have hyper mobile ehlers danlos and require more anaesthetic than your average person due to my condition. I am always treated well , the dentist explains everything to me and is very patient when it comes to my treatment given I suffer from extreme anxiety as well . I always feel listened to and understood , this is very important given my health conditions. The reception staff are always very friendly and kind , they keep a very clean , friendly environment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment .

I’m horrified by using Family Dental telephone booking appointment service! After being in the queue for my call to be answered for what seemed like eternity, the system shockingly cut me off! I had been holding on for exactly 2 hours and 2nd position in the queue to be answered by the representative ! I’d to call back and rejoin the queue at the very end of the queue once again ! This is absolutely unacceptable, such a sham and downright disgusting !

Absolutely excellent dentist. I can’t believe how quickly they saw me. The reception staff are very friendly. The dentist Femi and her dental assistant are SO friendly and efficient. I’m terrified of dentists and really did not want to start going again but this place puts me completely at ease. Bravo.

After a wrong diagnosis from another dentist leaving me in severe pain, I rang up family dental and got seen the very same day and my issue was sorted and I now have a referral to have a wisdom tooth removed. The two ladies I saw were very professional, kind and helpful
