Lady on the phone was by far the rudest receptionist iv ever spoken to. I tried to pay my bill 3 separate times and she accused me of shouting at her and being cheeky. Surely the calls are recorded so I would appreciate someone looking into that because that was disgusting behaviour from an employee.

First time being at a dentist for a while and was pretty anxious due to having an abscess in my molar. Was seen straight away and all the staff were very welcoming and got sorted quicker than I expected!

Dentist would arrive late to the first appointment of the day and also didn't check gum health as part of examinations, reception staff are abrupt and incredibly direct. Edit- responding to the reply, exactly proves my point, don't how how they feel it's appropriate to discuss my private details on a public forum, dental practices are subject to data protection regulations. I registered with another dentist who were woeful so I asked if I could return as I panicked about not having an NHS dentist, just as well I couldn't return as I'm now registered with a private dentist who are fantastic, so yes I am warranted giving feedback about the services I received and rudeness of staff.

Worst Dental experience! Every month there is a new dentist, when Peter was there he was amazing, Sharon is also amazing but the last visit was the worst and I ended pulling myself and the rest of my family out of the practice as I got told of basically for booking the wrong appointment. My 13 year old son was referred to get braces on and the orthodontist waited a year and a half for information and when it was challenged it was my fault even though I don’t hold any records!

My anxious 11 Yr old daughter had the most appalling treatment here by Dr fartrash and her assistant janina, she was visibly very anxious and was told to sit still and behave or all her teeth would rot and fall out just what an anxious child needs to hear this obviously distressed my child further to which the dental nurse janina said we will just have to refer her elsewhere I asked why to be told we don't have to be dealing with that this was after her shouting at my child for god sake it's just a check up lucy I was horrified and took my child and left safe to say il not be returning absolutely appaling bed side manner

I was with Elite Dental for a few years and was happy when Peter was there. Since he left I was seen by the owner herself and Aoife Keenan. I filed a complaint with the Dental Board against Aoife because she refused to polish and scale my teeth during my check up, as I requested while booking the appointment, with the excuse they were very busy and didn’t have time for that and advised me to book a private appointment with their other practice on Woodstock Road. At the same time on the window there was a note saying the practice accepts new NHS patients. When I pointed that out Aoife became very aggressive and ask me to leave and look for another practice. After the Board forwarded my complaint to the owner Aoife called me and apologised. I returned to Elite Arches but refused to see Aoife and my next couple of appointments were with the owner herself. Although I never missed an appointment and visited them every 6 months I lost a tooth. When I asked how it was possible not to detect the tooth was deteriorating I didn’t receive an answer and was told it was my fault because I was not brushing my teeth. After my tooth was extracted the owner pointed the bad tooth and said: “Look at that” with such disgust that I decided not visit them again. I got a private dental insurance and I must say the service I receive there is excellent. I think it is professional ‘s duty to advise and guide the patient, not to humiliate and reprimand. My opinion is that the owner may be a good dentist but she needs to work on her manners and attitude to patients.

Kids from uni practice then onto a permanent job in another dentist I've seen about 5/6 different ones from Peter left and only one I'd give a bit of credit would be the owner herself, the other's are playing at dentist!!

Abrupt receptionist somewhat rude with poor customer service skills and very quick to charge for missed appointments and pocket said cash with glee. Removed me as a patient and actually did me a favour as I've found a far better place with dentists who have significantly mor knowledge, professionalism and experience. Dental staff never sorted my issues which continued to worsen over time, namely acid erosion and grinding which wasn't identified as an issue. I would consider an alternative if you want to get to the root cause of any dental issues.
