I had a great experience at this clinic. After a filling that continued to cause pain, they quickly identified the issue and performed a root canal. The pain is now completely gone. They also did not charge me again for the second filling, which shows they are professional, fair, and genuinely focused on patient care. Many thanks to Dr. Maria and Alex for their excellent work. Would I recommend this clinic NO Does the manager have empathy with his paying clients No After Implants that have been replaced and 3 sets of crowns all the manager was interested in was getting more money out of you . The first Implants the dentist had 25 years experience one of the best in Greece , but ended up completely falling out implants and all . Also first set of crowns crumbled and had to be replaced . But the manager never apologises for YOUR Inconvenience it’s all just unfortunate and these things happen . All the manager is interested in is getting more money out you. Reputation is more important than threatening clients to pay more money and blaming the client for a dentist who has 25 years experience not doing the initial procedure right in the beginning In the 6 years I have been running back and for to this clinic a 6 hour round journey and waiting for appointments , the manager cancelling appointments when taken days off work . Being without my crowns for over 2 years due to poor management. AFTER 18 months I have finally got my new crowns fitted am I confident they will last NO !! SO AVOID THIS CLINIC AS OTHERS HAVE SAID THERE ARE BETTER ONES AVAILABLE

1 star as 0 is not an option. Went in to check in for my appointment. The receptionist Donna is extremely rude and abusive. Doesn't care about GDPR. Donna shouted my private information our so that the entire waiting room full of patients could hear what They were saying. Kept misgededering me after I told them multiple times not to and they know from my file how I identity. They need to learn how to treat people. Their attitudes need to change. Also not allowed to put in a complaint as the manager had decided not to come to work today.

Brilliant. I recently joined this practice and was seen by Vasilieos. I needed a tooth extraction and was very very nervous. Vasileios was so reassuring, kind and calm at every stage, and removed the tooth with no pain at all. He sprayed the injection site around the tooth with a numbing spray, and I didn't even feel the injections going in. He was truly wonderful, and I will happily entrust him with the care of my rather old and vulnerable teeth from now on.

I doubt you will find more helpful people than Alex , Agis and the rest of the team at I Smile they really go that extra mile to help make sure you as the patient get the best possible and most suitable treatment ,take it from someone who has had implants fitted abroad ,this surgery has went out of its way to fix problems most other dentists wouldn't look at and came up with a solution for me that has seem my teeth look better than ever ,I would highly recommend them
