Never had a more rushed dentist appointment where I was barely spoken to. I was taken into the room and they started doing my filling pretty much in the same minute. They didn't speak to me much after the procedure either. On top of this, I still had pain after the appointment and had to have the filling redone elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I would. Would never go there again

Around 2021, I had my front tooth filled in after it broke. Got a quick appointment with MyDentist Shalesmoor. The dentist in question was brilliant and sorted it quickly. Last week, the fix in place broke. It was a Sunday so paid £135 with an emergency dentist to be told nothing can be done by them and to go back to my own dentist. I tried contact MyDentist Shalesmoor multiple times today with little help. The receptionist told me it wasn’t her regular dentist when I enquired about any weekend opening times. I called back again to check if they have other availability soon and she said no, offering no alternative date. I called back a third time to ask for an appointment and the receptionist was rude again. When asking if there was space on the 08th April, she just said no. Again, offering no alternative. She then asked my availability. I confirmed I needed to move dates at work so she would need to tell me their availability as I keep asking for dates and she kept saying no. Eventually, she offered 18th April (after much fighting) but I hung up in the end as it was so much effort to even get to that point and offended when said I’d need to pay, which I know, but felt condescending. Rude and harsh receptionist. Booked with Sharrow Vale Dentist instead. Whilst slightly more expensive, able to book online and an earlier appointment.

I've been with this practice and one particular dentist (Roopal) for a long time. I was a very nervous patient courtesy of prior experiences elsewhere. However this practice and it's dentists are very adept at dealing with nervous prospects. I've had various treatments done some quite extensive and consequently my oral health is probably the best it's ever been.

My Dentist Shalesmoor, Sheffield provide top quality dentistry. My dentist Tin Wai Ip offered to straighten my teeth which I have wanted to do for years now. My teeth and gums have never been as good as they are now. Tin gives great advice on dental hygiene and all the staff provide excellent customer service.

PRACTITIONER (SAHAR SAJJAD BHATTI) IS DANGEROUS LACK ABILITY,SKILL , EMPATHY YOU NAME IT SHE IS EVERY PATIENTS WORST NIGHTMARE SHE NEED HER LICENCE TAKEN AWAY!! AND THE NEW PRACTICE MANAGER (ABIGAIL FOSTER) IS WILLING TO LIE TO PROTECT THE PRACTITIONERS WHEN SHE RESPONDS TO COMPLAINTS.. THE VERY FACT SHE IS ALLOWING EVERY WEEK A DIFFERENT PATIENT TO BE A VICTEM OF MALPRACTICE SHOWS WHAT KIND OF LEADER SHE IS SHE NEEDS SACKING TOO FOR ALLOWING SUCH ABHORRENT TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES TO BE THE NORM YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!
